Will Pendarvis Will remembers when he first decided to get into radio: "It was right after my head got pulled into a piece of industrial equipment... after that, I realized that I would never be good-looking enough for TV." He actually did have some other ambitions, but they didn't work out either: "Well, NASA told me they were 'fresh out' of astronaut applications. Right then and there, I decided that I was destined to become a dental assistant. But that didn't work out, either." One thing led to another, and now we're stuck with him. Will has been in radio for a few years now, but he isn't an "industry guy," and he hasn't really picked up on the lingo: when asked about the smallest market he's ever worked in, he responded (possibly not understanding the question): "The Piggly Wiggly Food Market on Union Ave. in Memphis." |

Christian Hand After peaking with what has been considered, by some, to be "The Greatest 27.3 Seconds in Commercial Radio History", perennial right hander and air-talent CJH decided to broaden his horizons and leave the high-flying world of broadcasting for a journey to "find himself". A series of "wacky adventures" and "strange trips" ensued. All of these have been chronicled in his much maligned autobiography "A Series of Wacky Adventures and Strange Trips Ensued" (Bantam Books). The Native Americans speak of an animal that is your spirit guide, who brings you through life and protects you from all that will bring you harm. Well CJH's platypus delivered him to the Holy-Land, to his true purpose, to the Kharmic pay off of his life's journey: to be on the air 9am to 3pm EST. Faction. Sirius 28. Kismet? Proof of the existence of the unknown? Only time, and 27.4 seconds of air-time, will tell. |

Bryan Cullen Cullen used to work for fellow SIRIUS host Howard Stern, working the boards for The King Of All Media in his terrestrial days. Then, one day, he got to crack the mic: "I had a pair of tickets to see Courtney Love at the Bowery Ballroom. This was right after she had been arrested and was whacked out of her skull. She put on one of the best/worst concerts I have ever seen. It was a complete and total trainwreck, and I was one of 300 people who got to witness the meltdown. The next morning, I got to go on Howard’s show and give a review. The segment lasted 30 minutes!" Not a bad start; now Cullen gets to talk about Courtney and other rock stars to his heart's content on Faction. |
